I have many finches with several that are nesting and I have used these eggs for the past year or so. I just love them. They are great quality and my birds don't notice a difference between them and the real eggs the lay. These eggs give them the opportunity to rest without constantly laying more eggs. I highly recommend them.
my female had 4 eggs in her nest. i switched them out with 4 of the artificial eggs. she went right in and sat on them. so did the male. looks like it's going to work well. very happy with these.
This plastic egg has left over plastic material still attached and very rough finish.
I have to use sharp knife to clean off.

I have finches, and the eggs were much larger than their real eggs....so they are still laying eggs.
